Default 4ms vs 2ms

Think there will be a big difference in motion between the two or will it not be noticeable. I noticed the high end Samsungs will be 2ms.

I think this will have the biggest bang for the buck, and I believe we would notice improvement, but I'm not sure if it would be something on a grand scale. However, it provides an impressive picture to say the least! This is just my opinion.....

technically the eye cannot see anything below 16ms, 8ms is the old standard, but i think it is closer to 6ms now. I have seen 2, 4, and 5... I am sure it may help, but I am not sure as to how much... IMO
