I am watching best of the best II on HBO right now.. and im wondering what are the odds this hits blu...

I am a huge fan of 1 and 2 but my guess is that they will not be released on blu.

While I think the second one could take a while, the first one should be out real soon. What I fear is a sub-par transfer as the studio might not give it much priority thinking it its not an "important" film. I LOVE the first one especially.
