Default Blockbuster/TiVo team up

Well, now that Netflix is alienating its customers once again, here's another reason to switch to Blockbuster

Blockbuster and TiVo have announced an agreement to offer Blockbuster's OnDemand service through TiVo's DVR service and also to sell TiVo DVRs in Blockbuster stores and online. Here's the full story from FOX News:

TiVO died when cable companies offered DVR in their boxes I'd never spend more money getting this just to watch more stuff on it....Just my .02 it seems all these rental companies are just screwing over everyone these days.

I would buy a Tivo if it would work for HD channels without a cable card but it doesn't make sense for me to spend all the money on a Tivo HD, plus a subscription fee plus $5.00/month for a cable card.

Give'em a break. They're just trying to be creative, just like Sony.
