Murphy's War (1971) - Blu-ray Forum

Starring Peter O'Toole, directed by Peter Yates. I came over this release by pure accident here on blu-ray.com:

I have been waiting for ages for this film to be released in high-def, and now I discover they put it out in Japan. Does anybody know anythng about this release?

IIRC it was originally scheduled for Blu Ray then got a DVD only in Japan.

You seem to be correct. It says here "release canceled":
