I am going to pick it up. I have been a Cubs fans since my dad was transferred to IL when I was ten. Remember watching them almost every summer afternoon on WGN. I think I wore a hole in the floor pacing back and forth for those last three outs during game seven of the World Series. Not sure how often I would watch a BD of the game but it will nice to have.

I was hoping to get a better description of what's on the 2nd disc. I'm trying to decide whether to get this one or the whole series set.

This Game 7 Ultimate Edition makes for a nice companion to Shout! Factory’s original Chicago Cubs release with the little documentary. Someone who didn’t want to go the full mile with the entire series would probably enjoy this. Plus, the extras do not overlap and just add to what there was before. Another nice little release for the Chicago Cubs bandwagon and die hard.

Jar Jar beat me to it but the parade highlights are rather disappointing from what I remember. The neatest thing is including both radio feeds for the game.

Do you own the documentary, too? I'm wondering if that one is worth the purchase. That disc includes an even shorter montage of the celebration parade in Chicago, which lasts for only 2 minutes and 12 seconds.

No, but I do own that documentary for the 2017 World Series. The documentary is something you would see on MLB Network, with behind-the-scenes footage, game highlights and other tidbits. It's pretty good if you have a rooting interest in the winning team.
