im planning to buy Logitech z-5500
but im having a 2nd thought on this one

BTW my player is ps3

You're focusing sound in two directions...... Not FIVE, not SEVEN..... and there certainly isn't (nor would you want one) a discrete LFE signal being reproduced.....

Marketing hype

Haven't looked into any headphones lately, but I recommend getting a good pair if you're trying to buy some.
