What Would You Rather Own? Thinly Veiled Marketing Poll

So mess with the data all you want!

This is in looking around the forums, but it is a fairly simple question. What would you rather own? This is, in an ideal setting, so don't say that you wouldn't pick one simply because you wouldn't have the room/time/etc for it.

Assuming they were all very near or equal in monetary value, pick one of the following:

-Complete Blu-ray Titles Library
-Dedicated Home Theater Room - (i.e., projector, 7 speakers, separate components, etc - say, Alexlux or Brain_Sturgeon's setups)
-Top of the Line Stereo Setup for music (turntables, SACD player, top-end stereo speaker sets, powerful amplification)
-25% of the above's monetary value, in cash, to pay off debts (not for any other use except to pay off creditors - you can't keep any leftovers)
-5% of the above's monetary value, in cash, to do what you wish.

I'm not giving an exact total monetary value, you can figure out an approximation based on say, an average of $20 a title, for all the existing titles out there (1,500+)
