Hey everyone.
Just got my new Denon avr 1910 and Paradigm Cinema 110 home and set up last night. Watched Wall-E and thought it was amazing. Im just at the point now where I want to be sure im getting the best out of this system as possible. Im pretty newbish when it comes to instructions and setting up. I have the ps3 on linear pcm (sp?), the receiver does not say what the audio decode is but i dont think it is supposed too. I did the auto auddessy sync last night and it was really messed up (thought i was 14 feet away from the left front but only 8 from the right front, so I customised the settings). I have the db. setting as what I enjoyed last night. Im just wondering if anyone knows of anything I could do to make sure im getting the best possible audio and how to optimize my receiver. I also noticed that the 1080p unconversion on my analog sources does not make for a great picture, and on the left and right fronts play sound when im using this source (all work on the ps3 though). Let me know what you think. Thanks. |
