Default Best region B/free for under $400
Yes I know about the official help me thread above but several people have had their inquiries go unanswered for weeks so I figured I'd take the initiative.

My budget is $400 but closer to $300 if I can help it. I'd like to start purchasing SteelBooks and foreign limited editions BD's, hence the region B or free. I don't know much about players, I use a PS3. Sorry if my parameters are too vague, I'm really shooting in the dark here.
