Default High Definiiton through Blu-ray or other media devices?

I was just wondering what everyone thoughts were on Blu-ray or other media devices that produce High Definition i.e(Apple TV, Vudu, Xbox 360, PS3, or OTA). I'm trying to get a understanding of how people watch high definition and experience it.

Let me know how you experience High-Def and how it works well for you.
