It doesn't say if the U.S. release will receive HD audio or not. Also like it mentions hopefully its not like Ghost in the Shell 2 where they took out the HD audio and just did a 5.1 Dolby Digital. I will buy this movie if it has HD audio otherwise wait for a re-release. I did miss this movie when it was playing in my area because I had to work on the same day but am looking forward to the day I do watch this movie.

This also says that it will have TrueHD 5.1. Since SotS was a Bandai property in Japan, hopefully BV let BE port their version.

Got my copy today, it's got Japanese and English Dolby True HD tracks and is region free.
