Big news from Novamedia, who announced their upcoming Korean film releases, which include the Choi Min-sik and Son Ye-jin starring "Chihwaseon" as well as "The Tae Baek Mountains", both by Im Kwon-taek.

"Chihwaseon" is a great movie. And SO beautiful to look at, this blu-ray release will be an EASY upgrade from the old dvd.

And "My Sassy Girl". What a day!

I've never heard of these upcoming Korean titles, but you can bet I'm in. I don't have enough dramas in my collection, and no one does dramas better than Korea imho.

Nova Media Limited Editions, like Miss Baek, or indeed most of their Korean film releases. This one is limited to 700 copies

The Taebaek Mountains seems like it could be really good, and for some reason, I love it when movies are over 2 1/2 hours, so I'm definitely blind buying the Blu-ray as soon as the pre-order is available.

That's a shame. It's a good story and it would be nice to have another Choi Min-sik/Im Kwon-taek film on blu-ray...
