How are these tvs?

Which is the best out of the 4 (I like the sammy and im sure its the best but id like opinions. and im liking the 40" RCA cause it 1080p)

The 40" RCA might not even be able to produce a static 1080p picture. I don't know where the list is at but it might in fact be able to. There are lots of lesser made HDTVs that don't measure up.

I kinda like that philips but you can get alot more for around the same amount.
