Friday the 13th (2009) Digital Copy Problem - Blu-ray Forum

Hey,

I pop in the second disc for Digital Copy and it won't do it. It keeps coming up with this text:

"We could not complete your iTunes request. An unknown error occurred (-4)."

What does that mean? Is anyone having this problem?

No, my copy downloaded fine. I read around online and everyone who seems to have this problem tried to buy something and if it works, then just give it time and try the digital copy again later. If it doesn't work then restart your computer and if THAT doesn't work, then contact Apple.

I would exchange the movie. That's what I did with Batman that came out last month.

Mine worked fine as well. So as stated either give them a call or better yet try and exchange it.
