I believe you can, but the item has to be in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price so you'd be running the risk of not getting the refund if it's out of stock. Maybe safer to just wait till the 30th?

but if I don't open it, would it technically be in stock as I could return it and rebuy it?

Maybe I'll just be sure to be there at opening on the 30th. I'm sure I won't miss it that way.

If they don't have it in stock that day you could always go to futureshop/walmart or something and get them to price match it

I misread the flyer.. Hellboy 2 is only on Standard DVD at that price.

It does, and I could have gone in store to contest it but t's over now. In any case yesterday the Blu-Ray was 32.99 and it was the DVD that was at 15.99 on their website. Plus the Blu-Ray covers for Hellboy 2 and Hulk don't look anything like that. It's a scammy little flyer.

ya. it definitely isn't the blu-ray covers and you can't really argue with the website. I would have argued it if I had gone into the store though - assuming I had access to the actual flyer.

Speaking of which, where exactly did this 'flyer' come from? Was it just an email? Does Best Buy have this posted up in there store somewhere? Is it on the website somewhere?

People have found the flyer where they normally keep their weekly ads while people have found them in the game section. Ask one of the cashiers in the game section and they should have it. If not, maybe one of the main cashiers has it.

I got the flyer and I argued with them. Got them to PM Hellboy 2 for 15.99. What a sweet price. There are actually some people who claim their BB actually has the blus priced at 15.99 each on the shelves. I'm in Ontario and the ones I've been to, did not.

If all else fails, print the ad, head to FS and try a PM. If it isn't an error on BB's part, it should be smooth sailing.

I went to the Yonge & Dundas location and WANTED was priced at $15.99 the day of the sale but Hellboy was not. HULK was nowhere to be found. I argued that it said BLU-RAY and they just printed the incorrect cover and got HELLBOY II for $15.99.

Ya. Wanted seems to be the correct one while the rest were incorrect. It is unclear if BB ment it that way or if it was truly what the ad says. There doesn't seem to be an ad correction either. Its like they printed the booklet and forgot they even made it.
