Starting where I left off... - Blu-ray Forum

How in blazes do you do the following. Stop blu ray on PS3 by pressing stop. Restart movie at a later time. But it won't start where I left off. I have the Sony PS3 remote and it is very frustrating to have to start from the beginning again. HELP !

Depends on the movie. Those with BD-J (Java) are most likely not going to be able to "keep their place" because the whole Java bit must be reloaded into memory. Some have a bookmark feature. Apparently some are being written to do this (there was a Disney title that came out recently that supposedly could).

Otherwise, it should just work.
