Netflix Lost dvd - Blu-ray Forum

I have a question I had a dvd ordered fron netflix and it never came in,So I went to report a problem and it said they will send another one on the next buisness day.So what happens to the lost one Iam I reliable what happens?I just dont want to see a surprise charge on my credit card.

You'll have to wait and see but my guess is it has happened to other people and Netflix probably marks it up as a loss

You wont be charged as long as its not on a regular basis. If Netflix suspects a pattern going on, they will probably just close your account.

No. you lose DVD's.

It's happened to me, and they took care of it. No need to worry.

I've had it happen a couple of times, usually only when I send them back though. It's most likely been "misplaced" by the postal service and will find its way to where it's supposed to be eventually. Just send it back if it does. You won't be held liable for it though (or reliable for that matter

).

No need to worry as long as it is not on a regular basis. It happen to a few of my DVDS but they all eventually showed up a week later at my home or returned to Netflix. More than likely if a DVD is lost, either

1) Somebody at the post office is stealing Netflix DVDs
2) Your neighbors may be stealing your Netlfix DVDs

You won't be charged they will just send you an emailed to close your account.
