Default Pawn Shops and the awesome deals

Does anybody else here find great deals on Blu at pawn shops? There are various ones I like to check out weekly sometimes its a bust and other times like today I get incredible deals. Just today I picked up the Bourne Collection in MINT condition with the box and everything without a mark on it, for $39. They also had Season 4 of Lost for $25. Who else has found some awesome deals like this?

Haha I don't know, Pawn Exchange don't know if they are in every state but they sure are in Washington, they always have low prices on Blu's. Every pawn shop I go to has stacks for $10.

None of the pawn shops near me have Blu-rays, but I've seen some awesome deals on speakers. Unfortunately I have a temporary hold on spending money.

Oh yeah, some weeks there will be 2 titles like last week and today there where 30 lol, the moment I saw Bourne for $39 I was like "Yeah I need help over here now!" haha, right under it was Lost Season 4 for $25 and under that was the Austin Powers collection for $30. So there can be great deals. That Pawn Exchange is 1 mile from another pawn shop I go to, and last week they had 15 titles, today they had closer to 50. All of the movies are $10, you can get everything from The Dark Knight which they had, to Sleepy Beauty for $10. I picked up Blood Diamonds for $10 It's funny last night I checked Bourne on Amazon and saw $75 and I thought man if that comes down to $60 I'm on it, and the next day I get it for under $40 it's all about timing, but definitely keep going back every week when new titles go out. I love the pawn shop after christmas, because everybody pawns the Blu's they got and didn't want. I think I picked up 20 titles, and they gave me a deal for buying so many and I paid like $170 almost all where still sealed and several had just been released.

Some of them are still sealed, but most have been watched once, and don't have a single flaw on them. I don't need plastic wrap to enjoy my movies. I have bought probably 60 of my blu's from Pawn Shops and never had one faulty or even slightly damaged disc. You can look at the discs before you buy them and most have 7 days to make sure it works if not you can return.

Wow! Talk about an untapped resource! I've never been to a pawn shop before. Guess this weekend is a good time to check a few.

I'll have to give the local ones a look soon I guess, even though I've never even seen a DVD at one of those.

Yesterday I was hitting up all my usual pawn shops and they all seemed to be tapped out so I was starting to head home, and than it happened. I found a small little no name pawn shop and in there case was over 200 Blu's for $10 each!!! So here is yesterday's $10 Blu jackpot I picked up all in MINT condition -

Troy
Blood Diamond
Face/Off
300
Rescue Dawn
21
Shoot Em Up
Layer Cake
Out for Justice
Hell Ride

When I get more PayPal funds I will definitely be going back, this place seemed to be the mother load and had some fantastic titles!

Than you're not going to the right ones, every Pawn Shop I've been in has giant glass cases with thousands of DVD's and usually pretty good stacks of blu's with them. Also a really good place to buy Video Games, hundreds of those two. Pawn Exchange is the best and largest one I know of that always carries atleast hundreds of everything.

Haha yeah, as you can see over my last several posts at least once a week I hit the jackpot. My buddy picked up the Kill Bill collection for $20, sure beats Amazon's $45

I've never seen a blu ray movie at a pawn shop around here but I haven't been to one in several months. I'll have to check them again sometime this week.
