HMV has some type of exclusive packaging for it. I've emailed them to see if they could provide info as to if its a steelbook or not.

The picture looks like one of those character heads with the disc inside.

Nope, according to the Play listing the Steelbook is exclusive to them:

Yeah, HMV said they cannot yet reveal what they special packaging will be on this.
