Default View Askew-niverse

Can we please finish the View Askew-niverse?

We need Clerks (preferably Clerks X), Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and Clerks 2.

Clerks II has already been confirmed for sometime in February along with Zack and Miri I believe.

But I agree. Let's get the rest of the films out on Blu.

Clerks., Mallrats, and Chasing Amy are the top of my list for the line of films. Kind of annoying when the 3 you want most are the three not out and not likely to be out any time soon.

Not to say I don't love Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, but they're just not my favorite movies. And don't even get me started on Clerks 2... I can't believe they're putting that out as a catalog title BEFORE the first one. It's not terrible for anyone that's a fan of the Universe, but it's far from Mr. Smith's magnum opus. Incidentally, I'd also like to see Jersey Girl (even if it's not actually of the same continuity), although I may well be the only one. At least we shouldn't have to wait for Zack and Miri to come to BD though, what with it being a new release and all.

I liked Jersey Girl well enough and would be glad to see it on blu.

I was at a Kevin Smith q&a earlier this month and someone asked him about his movies coming out on blu. he said 'I'm not sure how many more of my flicks would benefit"... I almost screamed out "everything looks better on blu!" but I figured that wasn't really worth it. especially since it's not up to him.

Chasing Amy and Clerks have been announced for November 16th in the UK. So there should be an announcement for U.S. releases soon.

Smith said July in that podcast when the Canadian Blu-Ray came out for Chasing Amy. I would like to see Drawing Flies cleaned up and restored. I own it on DVD and the company who did distributing did a horrible job on it.
