There were many times when I had some questions bothering me but didn't think it was appropriate to keep opining threads. Maybe a general discussion thread could be the way to go.
I think we need such a thread anyways..

Lately i've been refraining from getting games that are deemed as bad ports ,namely Orange Box and lost planet even though those two games would have been a sure buy for me (if it wasn't for all the talk about bad porting and I really didn't want to support bad ports).

But...the other day i finally caved in and decided to bick up Lost Planet and as i booted the game expecting the worse ,to my surprise the game was OK ...graphics OK ,frame rate OK and game play great.
So my question would be ,In what way is the xbox version better??
And did I make a mistake to stay away from Orange Box??

This brings up another memory ,I played around ten minutes of Bioshock on the xbox in a video games store. And I remember when i first played it on my PS3 that it looked really better on the PS3. Same thing with Gears Of War 1(great game) everybody was talking how good were the graphics on it but I couldn't see what they were seeing .The only thing that is bad about that game was the graphics.

And as I'm talking about Bioshock I just would like to say..I really really really hated harvesting those little girls .It was as disturbing as hell and left a very annoying feeling in my stomach .
