"Watchmen" - 2 different releases from Paramount - Blu-ray Forum

Paramount is releasing 2 different versions of Watchmen on Blu in Japan on September 11th. Does anyone know what the difference between the releases are, besides the inclusion of the "Black Freighter" DVD on the more expensive version?

It looks like the deluxe 3 disc edition as a DVD of Black Freighter added, the other just being the first 2 discs.

I thought the same thing, but the price difference seems a little high for just the difference of a DVD.

The expensive one also includes a keyring according to the google translated description. And the 2nd one does not have the Black Freighter or the keychain.

Note that neither of the Japanese releases will have the Director's Cut. It would be nice if Paramount was releasing both cuts since I trust them a little more than Warner when it comes to PQ, but oh well.
