Default Narnia $19.99 FS

I thought this was a great price. If not... sorry to waste your time.

Perhaps because Narnia is not going to be Disney anymore it might be something you can't get in the future...

It's cheaper if you had a Costco membership. Otherwise this price is pretty good

It was my understanding that Disney decided Narnia wasn't earning enough money. They canned doing a 3rd movie. Another studio has now bought the rights and are doing the 3rd(and best story imho) film.

I already have the first one. I was hoping it was the second one.

Decent price, though I'm not sure if it's quite low enough for me yet as I too felt the first was a bit too kiddy.

As for Disney vs Fox, I'm not sure how much control either has over the movies other than budget. It's my understanding that the movies are made by Walden Media and really just distributed by Disney/Fox. I'm sure they get some say, but I don't see things changing too much.

I was originally holding out for a full boxset one day (Like I am with Harry Potter) but figured that wouldn't ever happen now that the franchise is moving from Disney to Fox.

noway! the first 2 hp movies remind me of narnia, but the last 3 get really dark (which is why i love them) new one looks awsome in theaters too. narnia does not compare. i think it tends to cater towards a younger audience. heres hoping they change that in the new one

I own all the HPs and both Narnia movies and like them all to some extent. But I prefer the HPs.

The Narnia kids are terrible actors, aside from the youngest. The movies look spectacular, and it's good to see the world they exist in. The beavers in part 1 are worth the price of the movie. Part 2 is more of a battle-oriented movie and lacks much of a story.
