$5000 to spend on 4 tvs

Hello all my dad recently built a house and needs four total tvs. He told me he budgeted 5 grand. He wants one 52-55 inch up stairs and another 50 plus in the basement. A smaller perhaps 42 inch in the bedroom and a maybe 26-32 inch in their bathroom. The one upstairs living room should be a 1080p with 120hz, while the others won't need to be as high scale.
