Is the setup with 2 speakers difficult?

No, First make sure the power to the Receiver is off. Then run the speaker wire from L/R on the back of the speaker to the corresponding speaker, then plug in the suto calibration microphone, turn on the receiver and go into the receivers menu and run the auto calibration. You should be ok from there. I hope.
