Totall Recall UK Blu-ray issue

Well sort of..I picked this up the other day from Amazon UK. Says Region A & B. When I load up the disc, you have to pick a country. US/Canada obviously isn't on the list. So I pick UK. After the copyright screen it doesn't work. So I tried Mexico, thinking Region A..well that worked but it has forced Spanish subtitles. So I try Australia..that worked and no forced subtitles. I tried other Region B countries and they work too but have forced subtitles.

Anyone else have this problem with this disc? I'm using a US 60GB PS3.
