Just purchased a new 5 speaker setup. Need 12" or 15" sub suggestions for <$400

Well my klipsch 2.1 setup has been laid to rest off the home theater and is now where it should be. On the laptop lol. I was on a budget of $1500 for everything And this is what I ended up getting

pioneer vsx-819h-- nothing special but is actually pretty descent and has true HD and MA decoding

polk tsi300' towers -- descent for what they are and sound good

Polk cs10 center. -- good match for the towers

Polk t15 -- rear surround. -- very nice

now here's the problem. I got the Polk psw 10 woofer. And it's descent but not near enough. Especially for the ultra low frequencies.


So I might build my own enclosure so in that case if anyone has any sub or plate amp suggestions please let me know. Or if there is a excellent 12 out there that can hit the lows well ( sub 20 hz ) that is a full setup ( sub amp box etc ) for undr 300 throw those out too

I just thought I could get alot more bang for my buck by buying everything seperate and building my own enclosure.
