I want to know if anyone here has purchased a TV from valueelectronics.com, If so please tell me about your experience. I am having a hard time with these folks and I want to know if anyone else had a hard time. Thanks

I brought a pro-151 from them last year in July. I had no problem from them at all. Robert and Wendy were very nice to my wife and I. I don't know if anything changed with them but I'm sure they will try to work it out.

I've heard good things about the owners as well. That being said, they know the real value of a Kuro so you are prolly not gonna get much headway if your planning on bargaining.

bargaining isnt the problem, they promised me delivery yesterday and never showed, I had to call to find out what was going on. otherwise I would of been waiting around expecting my TV. I called them 5 times yesterday along with sending 4 emails. No one ever called to let me know what was going on with delivery. I heard nothing but good things from these people thats why I chose to buy from them.

Thats very odd...so as of right now no word from them or the delivery?

Yeah, no one will return my calls or emails

, I am getting really sick of trying to find a tv man! I went to the bank and withdrew $3800 in cash to pay them yesterday.(they prefer cash payment) I took a whole day off yesterday and told my babysitter not to come and Nobody called to let me know they wouldn't be delivering my set. I finally called around noon yesterday to double check that they would still be delivering and Wendy said sorry we cant deliver it today, I will call you back to reschedule. She never called me back or answered my emails. I'm glad I called yesterday or I would of never known they wouldn't be delivering my tv.

I Finally got an email, They said they would be coming today between 4-7pm, I heard nothing but good things from these guys afterall they are the people that do the HD Shootouts. I think when you are spending a lot of $ on something the company should keep you informed on whats going on. I don't blow $4K on a TV everyday ya know

, I was very nervous in the first place buying a TV over the internet(I'm a virgin),this is my first time. So we will see

I bought my Onkyo receiver from them and it was damaged in shipment. They promptly sent me out a new one and had UPS pick up the damaged one. A ++ service for me. I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and Wendy.

Sarge I hope you receive you tv today in perfect condition. I know they should of kept you informed but hopefully when you get it today all of the worries will be gone. It has to be nerve reckoning.

I took 2 pics before hooking it up, I will put them with my other HT pics if anyone wants to see this gorgeous thing
