Release Date: 1st August 2011

I've just seen this is up for pre-order at £9.99 on Amazon and HMV. I've been wanting to see it, and even though I don't normally do blind buys, for that price I think I'll give it a go.

Anyone else interested? It got a 4/5 from Empire.

Looks like a nice companion piece to Kick Ass!

I don't have this disc yet to confirm, however, G2 Pictures typically do not include optional English subtitles for English-language productions. Most likely this release won't have such either.

I have the US version on pre-order but I think I'll cancel and go with this as it's only a tenner.

I preordered the US version simply because the artwork is so much cooler.

Wanted to buy it, but the US blu-ray will surely be locked A, and the UK blu-ray, if it doesn't include english subtitles, couldn't enjoy the film ... :s

Really, I thought the 2 were equally poor.

I think the US one looks 10,000 times better than the UK one, especially if that's a slipcover

£9 on Amazon. You can't argue with that for a new release. From what I've read this is just a darker more violent version of Kick-Ass. Which I love so I'll easily blind buy something at this price.
