That is the Austrian version.

They're both listed on Grooves. I don't think studios can sell the uncut versions online in Germany or something like that. However, Grooves isn't based in Germany, they're in Switzerland and they sell both. There's several that are listed as BLACK VERSION.

The Black Edition is from Splendid as well but will have to be sold from outside Germany as it's unrated and illegal to be sold within. Here are the respective links for both versions.

No English subs by the look of it. Only German and Dutch but there's a link earlier in the thread where you can order it from.
