Keep an eye on this link if you like these performers.
The shows take place at CITY HALL PARK in lower Manhattan.
They are all free. Check out previous Musicfests to get an idea.
In 2001, they had Al Jerreau. In 2002- Nneeena Freelon and David Sanchez.

The tba is the one to watch. You'll get to meet Mayor Bloomburg
AND Rochelle - the "R" of the J&R namesake.
