It might be an old trailer. According to IGN, Rockstar has still yet to comment on the leak.

Has this been confirmed yet? I am not sure what to think of it. This and early screens don't look very good to me. I don't like the way Sam Fisher (lite), er Max Payne, looks. I'll wait to pass judgment until later, however, when new info comes along.

The first max payne had me hooked when it came out on ps2....by the time the 2nd one came around i liked it but wasnt as into hardcore like i was the first one...

Then the movie came out....

Hope the 3rd one redeems my faith...
