DVD Playback - ghost images

Hi there:

Anyone seen this? I have a Sony S550. No problems with blu ray discs. However, occasionally DVDs will do something a little odd. Every once in a while, there will be a ghost flicker after a cut.

Meaning:

1. Shot of A.

2. Cut to B.

3. Followed by a brief 1-2 frame flash back to A

4. And back to B.

Any thoughts?
