As far as I know, no retail store in Canada sold the 2-disc version of Sin City until now.

Yep. Can't wait to pick it up. I have a 5 dollar coupon to bring this down to 14.99 and if you wait until the Online Sale at 6 PM Sunday, you can knock 10% off the price.

Incredible price for the new Alliance 2-discer, considering the US release is still $30US lol.

Great price on Sin City! I'm hoping the sale comes to the States, too. I think it's still $35 at BB here.

An Online Sale this weekend?

I'm happy now as there are some items i've been waiting for on sale and with my $5 coupon

I might be persuaded to pick up this new Sin City as well and try to ditch the other one. I am happy with the old one but that price I can likely "upgrade" for very little.

It should work but the only downside is the shipping. Since you can't do a ISPU for items on pre order, you have to get it shipped. The only way around this for now is to either pay the shipping or buy enough items to reach the 39.99 free shipping.

dunno but last night at work i put one out on the floor and the system said it came out on like the 14th, i didnt think it was out yet either but i just followed the system.

great price! i already have the Alliance "bare bones" version but will get rid of it and pick up the 2 disc.

I was going to get the Disney/Buena Vista from Amazon.ca a month ago, but glad i waited and just found out about the new version coming to Canada couple weeks back.

It'll be $15 or less soon in the US. It is a good movie. Wouldn't mind it in my collection. MOvies are dropping so fast after release it's amazing.

Yeah it may come down soon enough, but Disney sometimes takes a while no? Plus this thread is for us excited Canadians who finally get a proper release of the film! lol

Actually yes, that should work. I did that when the had a 10% sale that spilled into the release day for Dark Knight.

picked it up @ Rogers on my way home for $25...figured i want it NOW and didn't have the patience to wait for shipping. i'll post pictures soon...came with a cool holograph slip cover. i'm not big on slip covers but this one makes me a believer
