Can you go to Speedtest.net and post your results, including provider and cost?

I just moved and am using SBC in Oakland Ca. and have 2.5Mb Down and .4Mb up

My old connection (Cable with Charter) was 12Mb down and 3Mb up

This connection sucks and I want to know who has significantly better at similar cost.
