Hey guys, I wanna get a fighting game for my PS3 and I was wondering which one is better.

Street Fighter IV
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe
Soulcalibur IV

Or should I wait until Tekken 6 (date of Oct 27, 2009 on Gamespot)?
