Default How do I make it not choppy?

Hey All

For the next two years, I'm going to be in Toronto, away from my flatscreen and Blu-Ray player. Since I upgraded my monitor, I figured I could also put in a Blu-Ray drive. I talked to the guy at the computer place I normally go to and he said that my computer met the basic requirements for it to run. I finally install the software today and put in the first disc of THE OFFICE SEASON 5. It registers, and I see the menu come up and the audio for the menu, but the image itself is really choppy, and I can't click on any of the menu options.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'd rather not have all these Blu-Rays that I can't enjoy.

Peace

There are minimum required system specs for playing Blu Ray on a PC . Needs plenty of grunt....Recheck yours as it sounds like classic lack of it, despite what the man may have said, basic may not be nearly good enough....
