Haunting Conneticut BD... DVD disc? WTF??? - Blu-ray Forum

I just received the Haunting In Conneticut Blu-ray in the mail to discover that it only contained a DVD copy of the film and no Digital Copy.

I couldn't care less about the Digital Copy to be completely honest. I'd rather it not be in there anyways, but I am curious if anyone else has encountered this problem. I am in Canada, but am curious about all regions regarding this situation.

Is there any word from the distributor on a replacement program for this? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything pertaining to this scenario.

Something similar happened to me. I had purchased a copy of 'I Am Legend' on BD, but when I unwrapped it, the case was empty! No disc inside!

Tried to argue my case at Best Buy (or as I like to call them, Worst Buy) but they basically said "you're SOL".

I then contacted Warner directly and they did send a replacement. Mind you it took about 4 months to receive it.

I had that happen to one of my movies. No disc inside. I took it back to Futureshop and picked up another copy, no problems.
