Looks very well done, but not my cup o' tea.

Thanks for sharing!

Not for me either, it's a nice thing but just too much for my taste. I prefer my HT to be simple but useful

Looks good but there are way much better home theater themes out there...

I think it looks very cool as far as themed HT's go.... but sound treatments have to be a female dog with all that metal!

I agree.... looks cool, but sprayed concrete walls would be tough to deal with.

Also, it looks more like a Disney World attraction than a place to watch movies..... heck, the "Submarine Sounds" he has patched in are neat, but you want to watch movies, not sit inside a movie prop, and that's what this feels like to me.

Looks pretty cool. I'm sure if I had 100K to blow on a home theater, it'd be way different.

Speakers don't have to be seen to sound good...

When was the last time you saw huge speakers at the front of your local theater?

I think a majority of themed rooms have hidden speakers.

It appears to be very well done, but it looks like an accoustical nightmare. It reminds me of the themed waiting rooms for Disney rides. You know, the staging areas where the lines snake through? Tokyo Disneyland has an all new Sea Adventure Park, and this would fit right in.

I'd pass on it, but I appreciate the work that went into it.

I noticed that, too. Very fitting.

He gets points for originality and execution, definitely not my style though.

To spend that much on a home theatre like that, one wonders what his family really thinks of his sanity.

Not for me, I like my friends to admire my screen and sound, not the room.

Looks interesting but not exactly my style preference. Seems like the smoke effect would leave residue on the screen and lens surfaces.
