So, as you might (or might not) know, I am currently trying to become a sucessful writer/director. I am in the process of writing my film which I will be entering in a variety of film festivals next year. I'll use this thread to keep ya'll up to date. I hope it all works out. See ya soon.

Not related, but I have a question that's been "itching" me.

Why do many of your threads start with your avatar's name, as if you were talking about yourself in the third person?

Gamma's challenge should be easy to know... cause it's my challenge. I used Gamma's movie for this cause it'd be easier to identify with than with my own name.

Speaking of which, Orlando, how goes Maze of Thought?

We're working on it. We've bumped it back to the end of our production line up for the four features that we're working on. We don't have proper locations anymore to film it while I instead got perfect shooting locations for Bonding and Dirty Dogs.

You may already know this, but Netflix has a contest for new film makers and the prize is substantial. If I remember correctly you receive $150K, the use of 35mm cameras donated by Panavision and something like 25,000 feet of film donated by Kodak, dailies and release prints donated by Deluxe, screening at the LA Film Festival and online distribution by Netflix. Check it out.
