Mini Ninjas A PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 demo for Eidos' Mini Ninjas will be made available later this week.

The Mini Ninjas demo will take players on a journey to feudal Japan, where they'll join Hiro, Futo and Susume on their biggest ninja adventure yet to restore harmony to a world on the brink of chaos.

The demo will be made available on PC and Xbox 360 this Wednesday, with the PS3 demo to follow on Thursday 20th August.

Mini Ninjas, developed by IO Interactive, is set to release on 8th September in the US and 11th September in Europe for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

While Mini Ninjas marks a massive tonal shift for IO, the game itself is still a deep and full-bodied experience, featuring the ability to level up Hiro’s magic and other attributes as well as perpetuating the bald headed spirit of Agent 47 in its fully fledged stealth mechanic. Crouching in the grass, a gauge pops up in the top right-hand corner of the screen to let you know whether you’re visible or not. Hiro can then shimmy silently through the undergrowth before outflanking and pouncing upon haplessly unaware foes. If however you’d sooner confront enemies head on, you can switch to the hammer wielding Futo on the fly by pressing the right bumper. Futo is a big bruiser, who can swing his mallet into the bad guys, sending them barrelling into one another. He can also execute a roll attack to deal with multiple enemies at once. Later on we come across the first of the captive ninjas Suzume, who when freed also becomes playable. Her special ability is a sweet little flute playing move, which sends foes into a hypnotised jig, leaving them vulnerable to a good pasting.

just was doin' a little digging. Looks like a fun kwirky kind of game. Think i'll be picking this up for my mini-me.

I noticed the Judge Mathis thread was deleted that same day. LOL...maybe some of us were being inappropriate?

Really though...are you two like a packaged deal or something? Wherever derek goes, dpomp follows, and vice versa. Ya can't really blame me for asking the question I did!

anyway yeh i havent heard anything since then, but a supposed interview with judge mathis says yes its being invented. Its a shooter game to teach younger kids that violence is bad... which contradicts itself because a shooter with

in it has to be M rated you would think, so how ar young children going to learn if theyre not old enough to buy the game.

Been watching the trailers...and it looks fun. I like the story telling they do for the different characters, and the animation looks quite good.
