Default I emailed Toshiba about my Laptop.

I have an old Toshiba Satellite that's just a terrible product. So I decided to send them an email to their frequently asked questions section.

Hello and thank you for reading my email, I know your time is valuable.

In 2002 I went to ******** College, and we had a requirement as entering class to each purchase the same model of Toshiba Satellite.

I would just like to say, this is the worst laptop I have ever owned and I owned one of those Dell laptops that lit my living room on fire. At least before my Dell exploded, it functioned correctly as a piece of electronics.

My Toshiba takes on average around 3 minutes to turn on after standby mode, it is easier for me to hold the power button down and start over again. The back doesn't hold up, causing the screen to fall, spreading open like Lindsey Lohan's legs.

It takes me around 1 minute to load up google, any high def videos stutter like Johnny Daman. My laptop barely has the power to run windows minesweeper.

That was my first and last Toshiba product, I wouldn't even buy another if you stuck something useful like a blu-ray player in it.

So my question is, how do I go back in time, and go to a different college where I don't have to buy your crappy laptop?
