I voted to Jr but dont be surprised if marquez takes it, he can really fight, Mayweather has been avoiding him for years now

Floyd is the man.....look at the haters line up to hate on greatness

the guy is UNDEFEATED and destroyed ricky hatton & de la hoya (who people said he couldnt beat)

his speed and power make him the best

nobody can get in mayweathers way besides old age in 5-6 years....by then he will have seperated himself as one of the top 5 greatest fighters of all time

btw his hbo '24/7' are the only ones worth watching.....everyone else is stale & boring

BTW Don, Pacquiao has better speed and power than Floyd (right now).

If I remember Hatton had some good shots against Floyd, and that bout went past 5 rounds.

Mayweather fought a washed up De la Hoya and Hatton had him for almost 6 rounds ( pacquio made him look like a second class boxer ), They offered him to fight Marquez multiple times and he turned it down because he was scared after what he saw what Marquez did to Pacquio... Im not hating on Mayweather because I like him I really do but to say he is the best p4p is a over statement. He simply doesn't have the "big" fights in his resume.

Thirty-second previews for the bout, much like film trailers, will be shown on about 1,500 screens during the next several weeks.

Tickets for the fight are expected to be about $15; the bout also will air on HBO PPV.

The Mayweather-Marquez matchup will mark the first boxing event in movie theaters since the famous "No Mas Fight" between Sugar Ray Leonard and Roberto Duran in November 1980. The first match shown across the U.S. in theaters was Joe Louis vs. Lee Savold in June 1951.

"I can't wait to get back into the ring to reclaim my rightful place as boxing's pound-for-pound king while fans in movie theaters across the country experience it all live in high-definition on 40-foot-screens," said Mayweather, who is coming out of retirement to fight again.

How can he claim to regain P4P when he is fighting against someone who is coming up in weight to meet him? That's why Pacman is P4P now because he went up in class.

First of all Pacquiao also fought a washed up De la Hoy (Washed up and weight drained) and Hatton. So i dont know what you're trying to imply there.
Second- Mayweather was never offered a fight with Marquez(so saying he was scared/dodged him is pretty laughable). You got your facts all wrong. Multiple times? Mayweather Marquez was never discussed. They were in completely different weight classes at the time before his retirement (Marquez was only a Featherweight!!). I don't know where you' got the impression that he has been dodging him for years. The fighters Mayweather has dodged throughout the years were Margarito, Mosley, Cotto, Paul Williams, Joel Cassamayor,Pacquio, Kostya Tszu.
Now dont confuse me for a gayweather fan because i hate him as much as the next guy. I just wanted to get some facts straightened out.
