3113 Junior Member Member since:Apr 2008	A static-y sound on my LG. Help? Recently having audio issues with our LG 42LB5D. There is a hissing sound coming from the TV speaker whenever it's on. Not right away, but after about 10 minutes you can hear it pretty clearly. I can liken it to a pssshhhhhh kind of sound. It's annoying more than anything, and it is causing us to not watch it. Any ideas what it could be? I think we bought it in late 2006, early 2007. Last edited by 3113; 08-17-2011 at 06:49 PM. Reason: Better explanation.
