Default Amazon account on hold

So amazon for some reason decided to put my account on hold to verified my information. So whatever, I went it. Now my account is back up and I got an email stating all my orders were cancelled!! WTF All those orders were disney movies with those promotional coupons!! Now of course those arent available anymore. I don't understand why they needed to verified if I been ordering from them for a long time and I'm an amazon mom member. What gives!!

anyways.. just thought I needed to vent somewhere.. anybody had this happened?



now I can't even log in again..lol..

Is your account back on hold or has it been closed? Did Amazon given you an additional explaination as to why your orders were cancelled?

I emailed them asking explanation. I'll give it 1 day then I'll call. whatever. guess I'll wait for DMR coupons..

You don't still have all of your confirmation emails with the order numbers do you?

Think if you had those you'd be able to argue with a CS to have the orders re-created; or new orders created with promotional credits applied to the orders to account for the coupons.

Coupons should have nothing to do with it since coupons are considered a valid form of payment. Since Amazon offers their own "type" of coupons which can only be used with Amazon orders there's no way to be abusive with coupons.

Doubtful; or many more of us would have had accounts put into review.

I've had at one point every in time an order in place for every Disney title which Amazon had a coupon for. Now I've canceled a few because I wasn't that interested in the title, or it was cheaper elsewhere, etc; but point remains others of us would have had accounts checked if coupons were the issue.

I do. I saved those. I'll email those to them. I going to call them because its puzzling.
