amazon/parcelpool tracking problem

i ordered something from amazon and it shipped today October 1st and i checked the tracking and it says it delivered it October 1st also. and of course it wasnt in the mail. take into account i live in Hawaii and i chose free shipping. usually it takes a 8 or 9 days.
