I'm outside the US (Ireland), but imported the 1080i release from Amazon.com Would I be better off trying to return my 1080i copy (unopened, my copy was in transit when the problem was noted) to Amazon to exchange for the new 1080p version, or should I try Warner direct and ask what they can do for me as an overseas customer?? |

Late last year I called Warners about getting a replacement for the 1080i T-3 disc that was supposed to be 1080p. At that time I was told they were taking names and addresses in case replacements would indeed be sent out. Called last night to check and, sure enough, they asked for my zip code and first name and then told me the replacement 1080p disc had shipped on Monday 3/3..........

it was posted in another thread. If you search for terminator, you will find the thread. Also, I think there was a news article with the number on here. that's where I got it from. I called last week and they told me 7-10 days they were going to start shipping them.

YES! Confirmed, They have received the new 1080P encoded discs on Monday 03/03/2008 and have been shipping them out since then.
I called them up and they confirmed that they have already shipped one to me on Monday ![]() For a replacement disc, contact WHV Customer Support at 1-800-553-6937. ..... |

Yeah I called back when the problem first arose and they took my name and address and everything. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to call again or anything. But I might call again just to make sure...
