Default No Blu-ray playback after driver update??

Hey guys, we've been reading through a few pages but can't really find anything in relation to our problem. If it's a repeat topic then my bad :P

We have a Pioneer PCD 202BK BD player, using PowerDVD Ultra and an ATI Radeon 2400HD graphics card. It worked perfectly, smoothly and just as beautifully as all Blu-rays should... until we updated the drivers to get it to run properly with Bioshock, now all of a sudden we're getting the message "Incompatible Graphics Driver... [Error Code = 0012]" whenever we try to play any of our Blu-rays.
The driver version is 8.453-080122a-059347c-ATI.
I'm not sure what other info you guys need?
Cyberlink BB Advisor tells us that the driver is not BD ready, yet redirects us to a site that says it should be!
I fail to see why a driver update would cause such a step back for our precious Blu-rays, but that's what we're hoping you guys could shed some light on?
