Does anyone know if this is gonna come out on Blu-Ray anytime soon? I only have the dvd and it's not the directors cut which i was surprised considering the version i downloaded when i first watched had this gruesome scene in at the start but on the dvd its not there?

Do not buy this blu ray as I made the mistake of doing! Alliance has once
again screwed up on the video stats which suggest that the picture is
16:9(2.40:1) aspect ratio and 1080p, when in fact the disc is really full
screen (1.33:1) 1080i!! The opening picture quality in the begining of movie
is good, but soon turns bad towards the end of the feature and looks no better than a cheap upscaled dvd. Avoid all Canadian Alliance releases of blu
rays as 9/10 times the info on the back of the case is false and you'll be sorely
pissed when you spend your hard earned dollars on garbage like this! Wait for
a proper U.S. release with special features to come out in the near future.
