LOTR Troilogy SteelBook JB Exclusive? - Blu-ray Forum

Noticed that JB Hi-Fi has listed LOTR: The Motion Picture Trilogy for release on August 5 in (according to the description) a "Limited Edition Jumbo SteelBook." Although it doesn't actually say it's exclusive I haven't noticed an SB edition listed around any other retailers.

I think this release is from Roadshow though, so I'm not too sure if it actually is an SB or a MetalPak like Sherlock and Hurt Locker.
